WHY SHOULD YOU PAY FOR YOUR CARRY ON BAG?

What is the travel industry going to come up with next ? When you have to pay $45 one way
and $45 the other way when you travel...This is totally ridiculous'' yes we all like to travel but don't take the fun out of it, why didn't the air line find a better way to introduce their price?
Bag fees are nothing new, but charging up to $45 for carry-on luggage is bizarre. The airlines reported collecting nearly $740 million in baggage fees in the third quarter of 2009, according to U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics. Now more than ever, airlines are imposing hefty penalties for heavy baggage.
Airlines will definitely lose money with less passengers and also, should take heed of traveler's disappointment with baggage fees.

Many passenger don't think these sort of things should be paid for up front, if an extra charge is going to be imposed. I think that people spend good money packing and shipping items to their family, or to earn extra income selling online to support themselves and/or their family and for handlers to show such disregard and disrespect for these items is despicable, especially in these times, all though
Some airlines offer a discount on checked bag fees when you pay for it online. For example, U.S.  Airways charges the same as Delta for domestic flights at the airport but offers a slightly bigger discount for online payment. Many deals is on the Internet, but where to find them? i know that  times are hard and every little money that we earn these days we've to spend it wisely , so where ever you find that a deal it makes $ and sense to me!http://www.mason.globaltravel.com
