     Not just casino, Las Vegas is well known as a  tourist  destination and also well known for 
movies Mecca.. what about getting your tennis game in shape, is Las Vegas the place for that?  Not only do many of the hotels offer excellent courts but public courts abound as well,   Nicknamed the  Entertainment Capital of the World, it is situated in the Mojave Desert of Southern Nevada.  The city features many mega-hotel/casino complexes decorated with lavish care and attention to detail creating a fantasy-like environment. 

      The hotel prices in Las Vegas are most expensive on weekends and much more reasonably priced during the weekdays.   The ultimate Las Vegas hotel experience.  Famous dancing fountains, award-winning casino   In Las Vegas parlance, the words "hotel" and "casino" are interchangeable.   There is a big difference between casino hotels and mainstream hotels without gambling.   Casino hotels tend to be large (often with a long walk from the parking to your room and often via the gambling floor).   The size of casino hotels means that they often have a wider range of services (restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops, etc plan your trip to be in Las Vegas during midweek and you will save money on accommodations.  

The newest, greatest, and most popular casinos are located right on Las Vegas Boulevard at the southern part of "the Strip".  The older casinos located at the northern end of Las Vegas Boulevard in "downtown" and the  casinos located off the strip  usually offer less expensive accommodations.
